Philip
Cohen has been a faculty
member at the University of
Texas at Arlington since
1986. Before becoming Dean
of the Graduate School and
Vice Provost for Academic
Affairs, he served as
Associate Dean of the
Graduate School and Chair of
the English Department. Dr.
Cohen has published widely
on American literature,
William Faulkner, and the
relationship between
literary studies and textual
scholarship and editorial
theory. He earned a bachelor’s
degree in English from
American University, a
master’s degree in English
from the University of
Southern California, and a
doctorate in English from
the University of Delaware. |
